Embrace National Women’s Health Month!

Hello Marvelous Women and those that love them, 

 

Unfortunately, not enough attention is given to the myriad changes women endure, such as menopause and osteoporosis, which can drastically impact our quality of life. It’s time to change that narrative and take proactive steps towards better health for ourselves and future generations. 

 

This is my why - the driving force behind creating the Marvelous Moments Program. I’m committed to supporting women over 40 as they navigate these times of change and uncertainty.

 

In honor of National Women’s Health Month coming to a close, I’d like to share five tips to help you remain healthy and strong:

  1. Strength Training: Incorporate weight-bearing exercises into your routine to build and maintain bone density.

  2. Balanced Nutrition: Ensure your diet is rich in calcium and vitamin D to support bone health and overall wellness.

  3. Regular Check-Ups: Stay on top of your health with regular screenings and check-ups, especially as you approach and go through menopause.

  4. Stay Active: Aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day to keep your body strong and your mind sharp.

  5. Mindfulness Practices: Engage in stress-reducing activities like yoga, meditation, or deep-breathing exercises to support your emotional well-being.
